Nancy’s story has been one of self-growth and personal expansion. While improving her own conflict resolution abilities she realized the deep importance in how this can profoundly change your perspectives and your life. She wants to be part of the education and evolution in how we think about and respond to conflict.
Nancy has tremendous work experience and training that will enable her to relate to you and your situation and help you work through to your Fresh Start. Her diverse background, includes10 years experience in Oil & Gas with multiple roles in HR and facilitation.
Her background is a strong history of developing people and relationship management, through effective communication and listening skills. Along with her proficiencies in negotiation, mediation and training, she will work tirelessly to achieve your successful resolution.
She is a member of ADRIA and ADRIC. She enjoys volunteering for Community Mediation Calgary Society (CMCS) and is looking forward to getting more involved in the Calgary and ADR community.
